I love how this piece reminds us that some of life’s most meaningful images never truly fade ..they simply continue developing within us over time. Thank you for sharing this beautiful reflection. 🤍
The image of the two of you creating together makes me smile. I loved this piece, especially the way you wove in just enough backstory to leave us wanting more.
What a beautiful and memorable time in San Diego. Thank you for sharing a bit of you and your wonderful life. I get the epic disappointment about the blank roll of film. I brought my camera to capture the birth of my first baby and shot a bunch of pics. I thought the camera sounded odd, but then again perhaps the epidural playing tricks on my senses. No…to my disappointment, my camera didn’t have film in it! But as you said, no matter “I can see it anyway.”
Exactly! I used to wish I could figure out how to connect my brain to film so I could print out stills from my dreams lol. Words are as close as I can come.
Eileen, this is gorgeous. I love picturing you two cracking each other up 😁 I also love that 19 & 20 year old you get the chance to see how amazing you are🥰
I know nothing about photography but now have an inkling. Epic disappointment about your blank roll of film. But yes you have the experience with your son forever. Wonderful post!
